Sehr interessantes Problem, würde Ich mag eine Vermutung. Ich glaube es nicht überhitzt. Meine Vermutung ist, etwas Metall wie die Reed-Ventil durch den Transfer Hafen ging. Dies würde erklären, der Motor nicht läuft. Das Problem mit dieser Vermutung ist, dass ohne die Schilf, der Luftstrom nicht passieren würde. Ich möchte den Reedventilanordnung inspizieren.

This would explain the engine is not running. The problem with this assumption is that without the reed, the air flow would not happen. I would like to inspect the reed valve assembly.

yeah the deco valve came off. I didn,t think this wos passible. But it seems it came off. For the owner this is a complete dissaster.

To repair this engine it wil cost a lot off money. Because most off the moving parts in the engine are gone / broken.

2 wdr, krankshaft, krankshaft bearing, piston, deco valve.

2 wdr = 2 euro,s
krankshaft bearing SKF 2 x 15 euro = 30 euro,s
krankshaft second hand ?
1 piston = 15 euro,s
deco valve second hand ?

lets say 60 euro,s together ? ( i think i am on the low side price wise ) In dutch terms this is exspencife. ( a lot off money ) Because you can buy a running engine for this price, I could sell you a complete running engine for 100 euro,s. And stil make some money out off deal. You don,t beleve me. Wel make me a offer i cant revuse. Shipping costs to Germany are for you. At the moment i have 1 complete engine to sell. Interested ? Sent me a pm.

I have 1 question left.

Somehow i cant amagine how the spark plug can look like this. Meaning, sure the piston has some damage from the deco valve. But how can a spark plug like this on the picture ? When ye look at the piston ye can see where the deco valve did hit the piston. But in the middle off the piston there is no damage.

So the question remains, wot did this to the spark plug.

Any one ? In other words, can some 1 explains this to me.

I think in the picture the spark plug and deco-valve are screwed out.

I ment the picture where the valve and de spark are stil in in the cilinder

There is no sparkplug in the cylinder.
There is just the hole and under the hole is the surface were he rested the cylinder to take the photo.
Take a better look.

Right, i could be wrong here. But it seems to me that there is a spark plug and a deco valve. See link above
