When I understand it right, you could buy these parts an use them. I think that they will hold much better than the old ones.

Much success, Timo

new retaining rings to DIN 471 Type A Seegeringe16 For 16 mm shaft should solve the problem, it should be removed when taken again and again, best to replace both sides,

Thank you very much. I have different circlip, without those "ears" on top. Maybe they are weaker and cant hold parts together. Ill try to find correct part in local shops.

Bought original parts - din471 16mm Circlips. Fixed everything, mounted properly, and after 100 meters of riding it just springs off again. Circlips sits tight in its place, both sides - kettenblatter and brakes side. You even can't move it with any tool. But if i start to ride, it jumps off, again and again. Im out of ideas, why circlips keeps jumping off. And have no other solutions except weld this kettenblatter to axe.

If you open a page, which is where the crank arm, and measure the thickness of the slices.

Hello again, checked all of my rings inside the brakes was ok, everything seems to be in its place. But nothing worked - circlip kept jumping out. So i tried another, simple way - just added a plastic PVC ring, so circlip just cannot jump away. Yes, its an unusual solution, but at least it worked for me and now i ride my bike almost month without any problems :)
