  Ja (Bremsanker) passt nicht auf den Gabel. Zu biegen, verdrehen erforderlich. Wenn gebogen (Trommelbremse) Druck Pads komprimieren. Die bequeme und kostengünstige Lösung für dieses. Auch die ist möglich Metal Inert Gas oder Elektro (entsprechende Slot). aber die zusätzliche Mühe und Geld. Ich denke, das ist genug. Aber nicht für sehr hohe Geschwindigkeit.

Yes (Brake anchor) does not fit the fork. To bend, twist required. If bent (drum brake) compress pressure pads. The convenient and cost effective solution to this

What about a front brake fitting like this? They come in two sizes from Sturmey Archer 11/16 inch or larger 7/8 inch.
