Ich bekomme öfters Anfragen über YouTube, die ich beantworten kann.

Aber hier bin ich leicht überfordert.
Kann da jemand helfen? Gute Englich Kenntnisse und Zeit vorausgesetzt.
Zuerst hatte er einen Film mir zugeschickt, der mir verständlicher war, den er aber nicht veröffentlicht haben wollte. Das unten ist der 2. Film.
Leider schwierig zu verstehen.
Auf Deutsch kann geantwortet werden.

someone suggested the exhaust may need to be cleared. while I'm doing that, you mention there is an after-market 3cm exhaust, maybe to make the engine run stronger. Already, last week I installed the improved ICD ignition box from ebay (34EUR item).

Please let me know, auf deutsch okay auch.

Ich mache mal eine kleine Zusammenfassung.

Er hat eine 94er Saxonette gekauft.
Im Laden lief sie noch. (hat wohl etwas länger gestanden)
Jetzt geht sie im Leerlauf aus.
Cdi gegen ein Wolle Modul getauscht.
Leerlauf weiterhin schlecht.
Dazu kommt jetzt dass er nur Halbgas geben kann. Darüber geht sie wieder aus.
Probeläufe mit und ohne Luftfilter ergaben die selben Probleme.
Zündkerze sieht angeblich gut aus.
Durchs Zündkerzenloch diagnostiziert: Keine Ölkohle.
Bing Vergaser ist angeblich sauber.
Die ersten Testfahrten mit 1:50, und später auf 1:100 verdünnt.

Was nicht den Motor betrifft:
Er möchte das Vorderrad gegen eines mit Nabendynamo tauschen und LED Beleuchtung dran machen.

A new video was uploaded to youtube with better audio, and somewhat shorter. I was tired when making the last video. This one is better. Sporti must update the video embedded though, for me. Thank you sporti.

Kann auch deutsch auch. It's just with the head issues it saps a lot of my energy to do the translations myself for writing. Writing in english is hard-enough.

Would there be a way of drilling-out the exhaust, removing the mineral wool, replacing it then plugging the port (the hole created), say with a bolt?

This new "Wolle" module makes the motor not more powerful, but the combustion at maximum speed a little cleaner.
The new exhaust lasts longer.

New exhaust pipes are rather cheap.
Nobody makes efforts to reanimate the old ones.
