diagnose?

This is not my work. We picked-up the saxonette like this. Apparently, the bolzen were not tight enough, the clearance not correct. Diagnose?

It could not idle properly, and now I think the coil (zündung) was rubbing (reiben) against the stator (magnet wheel).

The melted plastic you can see, probably came from inside due to excessive heating?

This is the new next to the old. Is anyone familiar with the modification or necessary wiring? I get that the black is the ground. How do the red and blue work though? There is only one contact on the new coil.

es ist doch viel leichter für Ndrscons, uns in seiner vertrauten Sprache sein Problem zu schildern.
Viele hier verstehen Englisch einigermaßen gut. Wer früher als 1953 geboren ist, hat allerdings oft seine Schwierigkeiten damit.

Zu seinem Problem:
Die Befestigungsschrauben fürs Polrad waren nicht richtig festgeschraubt. Darauf bekam die Spule Kontakt zum Polrad und ist geschmolzen.
Die Spule, die er daraufhin besorgt hat, ist eine BZM.

Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob aus unseren Forumberichten von damals so eindeutig hervor geht, dass die BZM ohne Modul arbeitet.

This ignition works without any modul. You don't need any wiring, except from the flat connector to the carburetor. That is necessary to stop the engine.
Why did you order that torror-coil? The ignition timing will be much too early, so that you could risk your engine.

The BZM and other ignition system are no secrets. They are public.

In my opinion the actual best ignition systems are sold by our member summi-ost.

The second choice is to bore a hole at a specified position into the original blue module.

du kannst davon ausgehen, dass wir offen antworten und Hilfestellung geben, ohne spezielle Geheimnisse zu verraten.
Die BZM und andere Zündsysteme sind bekannt.

Meiner Meinung nach bietet unser Mitglied Summi-Ost die besten Zündungen an.

Die zweite Wahl ist das Bohren an bestimmter Stelle in das blaue Originalmodul.

Hallo Dieter , ich schließe mich Deiner Beurteilung der Zündspulen aus der Fertigung von summi ost an. Die Verarbeitung ist exzellent der Preis geht in Ordnung und sie funktioniert.
Hinsichtlich der "nicht deutschsprachigen Kommentare" bin ich nicht begeistert. Wer lediglich Schulenglish lernte , während seines Lebens die Sprache nicht brauchte , hat Verständnisprobleme , so wie ich.
