I often read here that it is impossible. It cant be done. Well i believe it can be done if you have the right parts to work with.
Make no mistake this isn,t a 30 cc sacks engine. Its a puch engine with a 70 cc cilinder on it. This is a 70 cc engine with race parts on it. It isn,t always b s ( bull shit ) on u tube.

So next time arround. Take the effort to google / translate before you say / making fun -> And say, its unmöglich. I Always say, unmöglich , liegt auf dem Friedhof. Almost anything can be done if, you have the right parts, tools, knowledge.

Naja, das sind die Werte von Prüfstand. Auf der Strasse mit Fahrer, Wind, Rollwiderstand usw. siehts wieder anders aus. 110km/h halte ich auch für etwas hoch, aber 70 Sachen durchaus machbar.
Ich habe mal eine Puch Maxi umgebaut.
Neueres Modell aus Piaggio Producktion. Zylinder war ein 65ccm Airsal+Kopf, Vergaser ein Dellorto SHA15/15. Auspuff ein Tecnigas twin, eine Resotröte mit 2 Resonanzkörpern. Mehr Show als Leistungssteigerung. Ritzel weiss ich nicht mehr 15 oder 17 Zähne? Weiss ich nich mehr.
Die Fuhre lief laut Navi 68 und ein paar zerquetschte km/h. Das war nur Stecktuning, alles unbearbeitet bis auf das Gehäuse, da wurde die Sperre für größere Zylinder entfernt.
Der Kolege im Video hat einen vernünftigen Auspuff, nen 21mm Vergaser , und ne elektronische Zündung mit Verstellung. Was für ein Zylinder das ist und was er damit gemacht hat steht nirgends, nur 70ccm. 110km/h fährt die Karre niemals, vielleicht 70-80.

Forgive me if i am wrong. But no 1 is saying that the bike does the 110 km/h on the road. Its only on the dyno <-Prüfstand.
But when the dyno is telling us that the bike can do it on the dyno ( look at the vid ) Who are we writing it cant be done.

I totally agree with you that the bike probally doesn,t make the 110 km/h on the road. For reasons you already posted.

On the dyno < -Prüfstand. It did 155 miles ( thats roughly about 230 km/h ) a hour top speed.

In real time on the road. It did about 225 km/h. With the tacho on the bike. Wot i am trying to say here is, on the dyno and real time on the road. Is a totally different story.

Its a hell off a thing when you have your own bike on the dyno testing it wot it can do for real. The engine is screaming its lungs - > Lunge out. When its goes threw all its gears.

I did it here. This ( on the vid ) is a new set-up. It wos several years ago when i tested mine bike.

The reason for putting mine bike on the dyno is. I didn,t care wot it top speed is. But for me it wos important that bike did run as it supposed to do. So every year when the new season started it went to the dyno for a check up. And when it didn,t run good. It went to the Werkstatt to fix the problem.
